I appreciate being able to do business with a company that shares my values, and the diapers and wipes themselves are good quality, free of toxic stuff, and work great. The only reason this is a 3-star review, instead of a 5-star, is because they run promotional coupon codes that are totally impractical to use for a subscription service. If you want me to subscribe for regular deliveries, then you should allow me to use your coupon code on my next delivery, whenever that's already scheduled for, rather than having to order an additional delivery. This is especially problematic because their diapers are definitely not the cheapest out there, so for a family on a budget (aren't we all?) it's a big disappointment to have these coupon codes offered and not be able to use them because you can't afford to have an extra delivery in the middle of your regular schedule that you already struggle to pay for. Making that situation even worse is that if you do try to add a coupon code to your next regular subscription order, their system allows for that right up until the moment of fulfillment. So, I received a text message letting me know that my order was about to process in 3 days for a total of $63.35 so that's what I figured was coming out of my account but 3 days later for $85.79 which can be a big deal when your budget is tight and every dollar needs to be accounted for. Now, in fairness, they did issue me a partial refund when I contacted their customer service but it was like pulling teeth and took three tries to get it actually done. It was made clear to me that their coupon codes really are not meant to be used for your existing subscription, unless your next delivery just happens to fit within the coupon code window of only a few days at most. For a company who's stated purpose is to provide quality diapers for every baby, they sure make it difficult for babies born into less affluent families.
