Overall positive. At first, I was frustrated by being asked to sign documents on the surveyor's phone without seeing the guidelines. It turned out the new guidelines indicated fire risks for indoor battery installations. After researching, I changed our order to place the battery on an outside wall, which is safer and compliant. There was also an issue with bird netting that needed to be redone, which I ended up finishing myself. However, the second attempt at the job was much improved compared to the first. Despite these issues, we now have a fully functional solar system that we are happy with. I just wished there were fewer demands for 'blind' signatures and better communication regarding paperwork. Our panels were installed in September 2024. I didn't leave a review initially due to the mixed experience, but everything has been running well for a year now, and I'm satisfied. The ongoing support is adequate.
