Everyone has been really good to deal with, things have happened promptly (when driven by EEUK) and I have sometimes been less prompt, with work and holidays, is my excuse!. I was happy with the cost and everything, unfortunately when the roofer climbed up the scaffolding to start the installation he found that the slates were likely too weak to survive the lifetime of the panels so work was stopped and everyone had to go home. I think this issue could have been identified earlier but EEUK are working on volumes and working/pricing accordingly. On the basis that everyone I dealt with was great. I am prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. If I find the way to afford a new roof AND the Solar installation then I would certainly call them in again: At times I felt they went above and beyond.Of course I cannot comment on a working installation!:(
