The service seems ideal but didn't meet my expectations. It took five days to see a physician who was unhelpful. After being prescribed nasal ketamine, I was later informed it was out of stock and offered an alternative that doesn't agree with me. I faced issues with being double-charged and had to request a refund. I also wanted to cancel my membership to avoid further charges. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I cannot recommend this service.
