We purchased a custom sofa in September, spending nearly 5k. After a 4-week wait, we were eager to receive it. Unfortunately, the quality and construction of the sofa are terrible. Right after delivery, we reached out to the customer service regarding the numerous issues. They keep assuring us they will investigate and follow up, but a month has passed with no resolution. I would advise staying away from this company; the experience has been very frustrating. Although it claims to be made in Canada, we suspect the company operates out of India.
