I’ve been with the service for three or four years. I no longer needed their services and attempted to cancel my policy. They absolutely refused to let me cancel. The representative spent over five minutes trying to persuade me to keep their services. It was frustrating. He ignored everything I was saying and just moved on to the next point on his script. Very disappointing.
