UPDATED WITH INFO YOU REQUESTED. Our auto repair shop repaired a vehicle that was brought in by one of their customers. The repair was approved by the company and we invoiced after completion. It's been 3 months and we still have to receive the payment. Every time we call, the answer is the same: we have escalated the payment but they refuse to transfer the call to accounts payables. No other extended warranty insurance refuses to transfer our calls to the accounting department. It's a clear sign they are a scam. If you own an auto repair shop, stay away from this company.
