Facing similar problems as others - the quality is lacking and the support is inadequate! After the first wash, one of the bikinis I purchased suffered significant color bleeding, rendering it completely ruined and also affecting another item. I used a delicate cycle, cold water, and a very mild detergent. There was no indication in the store that hand washing was necessary. The support team denied my request for a refund despite my total spending of $596. I cannot recommend this.
