I ordered a Moccamaster coffee machine during Black Friday from Everything Kitchens LLC for a total of $272.57. I never received my order.Customer service claimed the package had been delivered, even though I was at home all week during the alleged delivery window. As their only “proof,” they sent me a photo of a cardboard box sitting in an apartment building lobby that is absolutely not mine.My contact at Everything Kitchens LLC (whom I will not name, but who ironically uses the title Customer Hero in their email signature) initially replied to my emails, then suddenly stopped responding altogether, without any explanation or proposed solution.No proper follow-up, no accountability, no real support.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for an e-commerce company.I do not recommend this website at all and will never order from them again.
