I noticed a chip in the interior of the recently purchased tea pot for my daughter's birthday, tho' it was packed exceptionally well. At 81, I could only envision a huge hassle. I called & was asked to provide photos, order #, refund or replacement, etc. I asked that IF the product were going to be replaced, could it possibly be sent to the recipient and not me.
