Ordered two products. First just never came. Second came a month later and is very scratched and has small black hairs in the box under the device. Clearly not new and pretty concerning sanitation wise considering. Their customer service just flat out lied to me when I tried to cancel my first order. They claimed they couldn’t cancel because it had shipped then sent me a tracking number which said a label had been created on March 26th. It’s been 26 days since they sent me that number and that status has not changed. Just a really unethical company. Don’t give them your money or deal with their insane return process when they try to screw you.
