At first very pleasant guy and willing to chat,but was late for the installation,only left a leaflet in Chinese and was told to download the app which we did. Maybe our fault for filling the app in correctly but wouldn't work, phoned and messaged a number of time only to be told to" not keep stalking him"!! Eventually after 2weeks of this my son spoke to him and got it sorted. The other thing was the holder for the gun...never put one on the wall and said he'd send one in the post ..still waiting! After service is terrible so make sure everything is done correctly before they leave!!
