Excellent service from beginning to end. Alex and Adam were both very knowledgeable and were able to answer and clarify any questions that I had as this was my first time with a an EV and having a charger installed. My meter was found not to be safe and they kindly connected the DNO there and then to make my meter head safe. They also found evidence of residue leakage around the mains coming into the meter and contacted the NG to rectify the problem. They certainly went above and beyond to ensuring that all was done in a professional and timely manner - highly recommended.
