I always try to work with small independent traders when I can, but this time got my fingers burnt. Alex was very helpful at the start (Nov25 through Whatsapp) and we agreed a price for him to install an Ohme epod at my property. I even paid him a £200 deposit.
It took him until the 16th January to turn up, the work from the fuse box to the charger was OK but he then placed the wrong charger on the wall (Rolec evo) saying that there was a problem with Ohme and he would put this one on as a temporary measure and return to provide what I had ordered.
He never returned. Despite many further messages he still kept coming up with ever more fanciful excuses, the Ohme epod which he originally told me he already had, all of a sudden was only on its way to him, he then even provided a picture of a Royal Mail tracking notice with no number or address on, to try to pull the wool over my eyes.
It's a great shame, I gave him plentiful opportunities to resolve the issue, but unfortunately he cannot be trusted to respond and I cannot recommend him to others looking for a supplier.
