My issue was not taken seriously at all.. its False advertising when the vinyl edition looks NOTHING LIKE THE PRESALE AD. I will reconsider buying from you in the future. Your people reply was " yeah we see your point, but the company who pressed it says its TECHNICALLY CORRECT... " Which means it can be played.. WTF. Did you not make a test pressing first. Was the idiot who was in charge approved it anyway. And the Ripple version is totally different too.. It even seems like they switched the base colour for the two vinyl editions since the Ripple was supposed to be Opaque brownish, and the the other blueish translucent.. It is the exact opposite and this splatter version looks like shit. Thanks..
