I ordered a men's size small for my son, who usually wears an XS (he's 14). They arrived looking much slimmer than expected. They weren't baggy at all and didn't fit well. We reached out to the company for an exchange for a men's medium, but they do not offer refunds or exchanges for size issues. This is the only retailer I've encountered that has such a policy. The sweatpants seem over-hyped, and I wasn't impressed with the quality or fit. The company's response was lackluster, only offering a discount rather than a solution. This policy is frustrating, and I won't be shopping here again.
