I've applied for a loan as well. The loan was provisionally approved and after receiving my ID and the rest of the required documents after a discussion on the phone, another phone call meeting was arranged. That phone call never happenend. However, I'm beginning to understand the other phone called would be about me accepting the loan contract on the phone. But I'll never again accept the terms of a loan orally on the phone because of horrible experiences. So, I've emailed them twice requesting that they email me the written contract so I can read its terms before accepting it. But I have neither received the email containing the written contract, nor have they agreed that they'll email it to me. I'm waiting.
