The retreat was amazing! We were a group of 11 plus coaches. It was easy to feel immediately at home. The facility - a lot of nature and space for nice walks - and the hosts were amazing. The whole environment invited to relax and be present. It felt as if we created our own little oasis. Furthermore, the coaches are extremely kind, attentive and knowledgable. Various moments are still vividly present in my mind such as some of the exercises, the campfire, the 1on1 coachings and the ceremony. It was a great selection of musical pieces that helped me to immerse into my subconscious. I already recommended this retreat to friends and anyone who is curious to learn more about themselves.
