Amazon customer services opened a case with this company which gave no valid reason to cancel the order and asked to contact them. Googled and contacted them directly. Ann took some details and promised to send us an e-mail with order details. It took another two days and two telephone calls before we sent them the payment. Delivery was instant! And the item is excellent.
