Over nearly four years, I have observed that this company employs various tactics to deceive players and significantly manipulates outcomes to ensure profits for the casino - its partner. However, after researching, I discovered that if the casino profits from a game, this platform receives a certain percentage as commission. I played online Craps on this platform. A few years back, the game appeared fair with no major tricks. However, starting early this year, the outcome patterns seem designed to make players lose all their money. I have used several methods to document the unfair practices:
1) Screen video captures
2) Using a network sniffer to monitor traffic between my PC and the gaming site
3) Video analysis of captured footage Several suspicious areas were identified:
1) Cheating actions are not easily visible in recorded video unless one meticulously examines the dice-throwing process, which consists of three video clips (throwing the dice from the launcher, hitting the wall and bouncing, landing on the table). This implies results may be confirmed before the dice are thrown. 4) Video analysis revealed that the captured clips had varying light levels during the dice throw, which isn't noticeable to the naked eye but can be detected by PC applications. I suspect that archived video clips are used. For instance, with 36 combinations of dice results, the platform might have thousands of archived clips on dice bounces and landings. Since the process is split into three separate clips, they could be using a powerful system to switch to any suitable result video and play it back. Comparing the light levels can reveal subtle differences. I have lost 1 million USD over the years, not due to bad luck but because of cheating and manipulation by this gaming platform. Unfortunately, there is no channel for complaints or reporting. This company lacks an email or phone number for such issues, and the online chat support is ineffective. AGAIN - DO NOT PLAY WITH THIS GAMING PLATFORM.
