The last two times I have visited in Randwick, the service was extremely poor. No cleanse before laser treatments which is quite unhygienic and no cover given for your when lying on the bed, leaving you fully exposed. Very clear that rooms are not sanitised and cleaned down in between uses and treatments are completely rushed. No aftercare provided either with moisturiser or anything and all around just a terrible experience. I also spent the entire day trying to get through on phone and email to confirm my appointment and got no answer. Will not be returning as service has gone downhill dramatically in recent months.
