Against my better judgement I went with the 1st recommendation of the top 5 hrt telemed clinics from Google. I chose Evolve bc they offer estrogen & testosterone combo in the form of subcutaneous injection. I contacted the company by phone. Was quoted $549 and told it covered my initial labs, appt with Dr to discuss them, & meds. It took almost 2 weeks to actually have the Dr visit. I was prescribed a medicine that I needed for hormonal acne at that appt. And also asked for injectable vitamins B & D. It took another few days before it was submitted to the pharmacy. The next morning I had a notification of an invoice due on their site. I opened it and in my sleepy haze of just waking up I paid it with the card on file. After I was fully awake it dawned on me that I just paid another pymnt of almost $600 AGAIN. So I looked at the invoice to see what I paid for since I was told it would be $549 (it was almost $600 actually. I was misquoted). The one med I asked for I was charged over $100 for. I get the same script for $6 at my pharmacy. I called and asked them to submit that to my pharmacy & was told they can Only fill at the compound pharmacy. So I told them that I don't want it and will get it from my primary care Dr. It took about 3 weeks to Finally get a refund after repeatedly asking. They insisted to credit my account. I was told 5-10 days to receive my hormones by mail. Which is a rather lengthy time compared to other clinics I've used that used the Same pharmacy. It took FOUR WEEKS to receive my hormones. With the excuse that the pharmacy was out of stock. AND I was sent Vitamin D PILLS. Which will sit in my cabinet until I throw them out. I asked for and was approved of injectable vitamins D. And of course it's not being corrected. Meaning I was ripped off of that money. Unacceptable! If U are going to charge the public Premium (over-priced) rates then there should be No question of providing Premium Service. At least Mediocre. I paid $1100 to start with this company. It's not easy bc of the expense to just change companies. It's like moving. If u don't like where yr at u end up suffering yr stay bc it's far too expensive to move. I am gut wrenched bc I left a company that was incompetent only to move to another based on false, misleading, & deceitful recommendations of its credibility & reputation. It stresses me out to think of the level of service from here on out. I do NOT recommend this company for yr HRT needs. If u value yr health & stress level.
