On December 1, I received a notification from them indicating they were expecting my parcel. Based on previous experiences, this usually suggests delays, and unfortunately, that has proven true again. On December 22 at 10:05, I received a message stating, “We regret to inform you, your parcel has been delayed. We are working to ensure it is dispatched on the next working day and will update you once it is out for delivery.” This message remains unchanged as of December 24. Should my parcel arrive by some holiday miracle, I will inform you right away. For now, the single star is directed at the delivery service’s handling, not at your excellent team.
