We were very grateful for the voucher but we had no choice as to where we could shop. We went to Taupi Carpets. They were rude and uninformative. They did not show us a range of carpets within our price range and kept hidden costs very quiet. We ended up paying above what we could afford but the fact we couldn’t go elsewhere gave them the power. Luckily my mother could help out financially- not everyone can do that.
