Evri are without doubt the most incompetent courier service in the UK ! I ordered a small antique miniature from Ebay at the cost of £180. When the tracking didn't update for over a week I queried this with the seller. I then reported it to Evri online. They promised delivery that day...never appeared. Promised to look into it the following day. Nothing happened. Contacted their CEO and others hoping for a more positive response. How naive was I ? Instead I got a reply from Evri stating they cannot trace nor track my order and it must be lost in their system. Although they offered the standard apology they took absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for loosing my order. Have heard nothing since. They had the nerve to suggest I may be able to get a refund from the seller when they Evri have admitted LIABILITY. Evri lost my £180 order not the seller!They are absolutely atrocious as are their upper management. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
