I've waited all day for a parcel to be informed by Evri, belatedly after 4pm they're not coming.I cancelled my day to be in.I don't know when it's coming.It's a large package so I do need to be in.Utterly atrocious, they have no respect for people who have to make arrangements to stay in.I don't know why companies employ them?I won't use a company for purchases if I know they use Evri.Evri, only ask for reviews if they know they've done a good job otherwise they don't.So dishonest.
