Really wish companies would stop using Evri, the parcels often go missing or not delivered even when you've paid extra for next day delivery. You also cannot speak to a person it's all bots. This also provides an opportunity for scammers. I commented on Instagram and then had multiple scam messages of people posing as Evri customer service employees. The irony being I don't think Evri have customer service employees. I'm genuinely going to have to stop online shopping as the last 3 out of 4 orders haven't gone smoothly when Evri have been involved
