AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! DIRE! UNBELIEVABLY BAD! NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.I would give ZERO 5 stars if it was an option.I needed a book urgently by yesterday; had an email to say it had been delivered at my local post office; went there & they could find no details of it on their system. (They even searched in their cupboard.) After half an hour I gave up.Their "helpline" is even worse, if that's possible. When I entered the tracking ref. that EVRI themselves had given me, I was told that their system "doesn't recognize this number." And now, to add insult to injury, I've just received an email saying "Your parcel has been successfully delivered on 7 June" [today is 1 June!!!]Please, everyone: (i) read the other Trustpilot reviews; (ii) help to put this company out of business!
