Ordered green Ralph Lauren shirt from Printemps costing £107.00. EVRI delivered it on 29/3/2025. I returned it using EVRI label immediately (parcel went to Mosquito way in Hatfield UK). Printemps later said wrong label used... anyhow despite submitting the EVRI barcode tracking and details of EVRI receipt (P6445569), the shirt then disappeared... wrote 3 time to EVRI... no response at all... copied complaints to EVRI CEO and other sentior managers... no response at all... Negative complaints to Trustpilot about EVRI normally result in same pro forma starting "Hi, I'm sorry to hear of your poor experience..." and humans only respond if Trustpilot review is positive! Anyway here goes... if you see someone in a green Ralph Lauren shirt wandering about... it is probably mine. The loss of £107 is bad, but the complete absence of any response at all is SHOCKING!
