I have had a parcel with Evri since June 6th, 2025, at 1:22 AM. Since then, I’ve been trying to track it down, but the system always leads me to a chatbox that just says someone will get back to me, which has never happened. The reason we send or order parcels is because we need them, and waiting this long without communication is completely unacceptable. It’s extremely frustrating, especially since I’m waiting for my children’s important school documents. I was hoping they would have received their items by now. There’s no call center number to contact—only an option to confirm that they have my parcel. I’m really angry and disappointed by the service.
