I ordered goals for my grandkids but didn't have an option of couriers so was stuck with Evri. The day they told me it would be delivered, Monday 28th April, I knew I would be out so asked them to deliver to my preferred neighbour. While I was out I got a message and picture off the courier saying I wasn't in and the parcel would now tried to be delivered the next day!! The picture was of my front door 🤬. I got straight on to Evri chat and explained the situation and let them know I wouldn't be in next day and so they offered next day delivery to a parcel shop. To cut a very long story shorter they never delivered till Friday 2nd May, with many messages of promises it was out for delivery. How can a company this size make so many mistakes so often. Avoid avoid avoid, there should be fines and refunds for both the seller and buyer, I bet they would deliver first time more often then?
