Normally delivery is great service. However last week booked a return to Bonmarche using Evri. I paid my fee, packaged up item and printed off a label for next day pick up. As I am disabled and undergoing cancer investigations I assessed this was a good choice - less worry for me. WRONG. Three days later still waiting for pick up to return to Bonmarche. Evri App says it’s not expecting returns from me but Evri have taken money to do this??? So here I am - not going back on Chatbox as it’s totally useless - yes I have attempted this. Exhausted by all of this and thinking how hard can this be for Evri?? Contract broken with me that’s for sure and I made this decision thinking it would be a relief. 🥲 H0098D0031600362
