Shockingly bad. App doesn't work correctly, and they decided to return my parcel back to the sender, after stating it was lost, then received an email saying it was out for delivery. Can't get through to a human, just bounced between the chat bot, an automated line and their fake CS agent via email Claire.DO NOT USE.
