Evri/Hermes have lost 2 out of 3 of my parcel deliveries in one week. Customer services can not be reached directly by phone, and when someone did respond it was with a totally different tracking number to the one l provided, and they did this twice. I will never understand why people use this company, or how they are still in business!!
