I have been waiting for a parcel that was stated on my tracking as being delivered on 18/6/2025 and still not received . On the website it says you can as chat bot to talk to an advisor …absolute lie it says on web site ring the number for customer service absolute lie you get through to a chat bot who says that your parcel is being investigated. I get emails to say they will call me the next day to up date me absolute lie. I can’t reply as it says the emails are not monitored. I went back to the company I bought from they said it’s in Evri hands!!This was for my granddaughters birthday which has been and gone so someone tell me who I get my money back from ? I am upset and disgusted this service and I am seriously considering small claims court.I found the company secretary email but no reply …surprise surprise ….what are next steps when a chat bot doesn’t understand and there’s not a human any where available…..
