This is my third review of this shocking company. I live in rural north Wales and have made several complaints about what is frankly an appalling service.The Same courier, working for Evri, has now misplaced 10 parcels in the last three months. In fact, not a single parcel has made it to my house as each one has been replaced. This same courier somehow still has a five-star rating despite costing me hundreds of pounds in lost items.I have reached out to Evri and have made tens of complaints and have not managed to get through to a single person on this issue. Today I could not believe, after three weeks of acclaimed 'escalation' of my issue that the company deemed the problem the fault of the seller and not themselves.Evri knows my email, they know I am making complaints but have made no efforts to reach out to me. I simply cannot get through to the regional manager to discuss my concerns and now see no other option than to seek legal advice.Absolutely terrible company.
