sent a parcel through EVRI to Bolton on the 25/4/25 and the same parcel was delivered back to me and not the Bolton address on the 30/4/25!!Tried contact EVRI by phone and ahd a message 'can't connect due to technical issue'. Tried the chatbot and that was sueful as chocolate poker....what an outfit!Don't any of their management read these reviews and try and improve things?
