No integrity! I ordered a new 12V battery from EV tuning for my Tesla. A week later I reached out to them to notify them that Item hasn't shipped and to cancel my order. hours later after cancellation email they told me they shipped item. Item was returned and after Item was returned they Ghost me with no email response, no Phone call, Nothing. This company does not do good business.Heres my email Im willing to remove review If I can just get some communication on my return. ORDER #13632
