I was excited when I saw that they asked for actual bra sizes when ordering. I ordered a 32DDD. After waiting weeks for the bra to come in, I was extremely disappointed. They sent a L. Women know that a 32 band size is not a L. Did it fit? No! I contacted them. They were less than helpful. At first they offered me 30% refund. Then they offered for me to send it back so they could inspect it. Then they offered 70% refund. So their guarantee is worthless, as are the bras.
