After numerous emails, we finally arranged a call that lasted only 42 minutes. While the expert seemed knowledgeable, their communication was difficult to follow. Although we received a report and video of the presentation, when I had questions about execution, I was informed that further payment was required for additional guidance. It felt like a letdown for the amount paid. I suggest listening to the podcast but reconsider spending money on their services.
