Slow and unreliable server. Service gets worse day by day. Be it exabyte.com, .sg, .my etc. Customer support almost non existent now. It was a little better 3 years back. Now, Once you subscribe or renew to their hosting service, you are on your own. They'll help you once but its not fully resolved. You'll then be ignored despite after several emails sent. Comparatively, they are not that cheap either. Cheaper server companies provide better service than this.
