Awful experience. Online updates were not working, delivery time between 6pm - 9pm, eventually arrived at 9.45pm. Delivery was to a first floor flat, I was told by the completely unbothered delivery men that upstairs delivery would cost more, but delivery had been organised by the company I purchased with and was not under my control. The two men said nothing just fled and left me with two sofas, an armchair and footstool in the shared entryway of a block of flats at 10 at night. I had to ask a visiting family member for help and it took over an hour to get them upstairs, it was gone 11pm by the time we had it sorted. I cannot recommend this service under any circumstances. The delivery men were extremely uncaring and unconcerned about the predicament they left me in.
