Very professional. We were informed by text prior to delivery, unfortunately this date wasn’t convenient so we messaged back asking to change the date, a text followed shortly after offering another date which was perfect. Another message was sent the night before reminding us of our delivery and the time period between which it would arrive. The following day we received yet another message saying they were 17 minutes away, 15 minutes later they were on our doorstep. Very quick and considerate offloading. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend.
