I strongly advise against using their services, as they seem unaware of what they are doing. We engaged them for an important application under a specific law and were charged a substantial fee. The application was rejected due to their mistake in using an incorrect date. It is their responsibility to know the application process, yet they failed to do so. After seeking legal advice, we realized the application could not succeed based on their oversight. When we requested a refund, they offered a partial credit for future services instead of a proper resolution. Although they were helpful on the phone and quick to take my payment, I would have considered future collaboration had they resolved this matter fairly.
