I paid £100 for an auto-renewing student subscription only to find that the menu with all the papers etc in it doesn't link to anything for a large percentage of the subjects mentioned. The one that did have something we worked through the 'topic questions' and the questions appear to be written by AI and the answers don't agree with the exam board's text book. I have tried to contact them several times now with no response. Annoyed that it seems I won't get a refund but fuming that I can't find a way to cancel the auto renew.
