I have never left a negative review in my life, but my experience with ExampaperPractice has been so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others.When I signed up, I attempted to access my subject materials, only to find that they weren’t available. I called customer support, and they reassured me that the materials would be uploaded within a few days. If not, they promised a full refund. Later, someone from their IT department contacted me, stating that the course was still in development.I waited patiently for several weeks, but the materials never became available. When I requested a refund, I was repeatedly given conflicting information. They told me it was being processed and that I should receive it in a few days, yet nothing ever arrived. Every time I called, they promised to get back to me within 24 hours but never followed through. At one point, they even claimed they weren’t receiving my emails and provided a Gmail account for me to forward my messages to. Still, no response.Months later, they finally emailed me to say they would not be issuing a refund despite my repeated requests to speak with management. This has been a truly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I strongly advise against using this service.
