I had a really great experience with ExceptionalGrad overall, and I can confidently say the people behind the company truly care about their clients. My expert JD admissions advisor, Alex, was absolutely amazing, patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me through every step of the process. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and confident in my law school applications. If this review were based solely on her, it’d be an easy five stars.That said, I did find a few parts of the company’s process a bit unclear. When I first signed up, some of the language around their packages felt a little vague, and it wasn’t immediately obvious what specific services or limits came with each one. Toward the end of my consulting journey, I actually reached out to ask what else my advisor could assist with, just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. It wasn’t a major issue, everything worked out fine, but clearer upfront communication would have made the whole experience smoother and more transparent.Still, I think Exceptional Grad lives up to its name in terms of the quality of its team and their dedication to clients. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and clearly invested in seeing students succeed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for guidance with grad or law school applications, just make sure to ask detailed questions about what’s included in your package from the start.All in all, a very positive experience. Exceptional Grad does great work, and I’m grateful to Alex and the rest of the team for helping me through such an important part of my journey.

I am writing this review for Alexandra Goodman. I was paired with her after specifying that I’d need someone who was honest and understands the law school application process for a splitter. Alexandra has been extremely helpful and insightful in her feedback, pushing me on my PS essay and providing helpful feedback in my resume. I really love her approach to creating themes that communicate across my PS and resume. She is also incredibly responsive on email and communicative with expectations which I appreciate as someone who needs a bit of structure. I look forward to completing my application cycle with her assistance and would recommend her to anyone who is a non-traditional applicant (splitter, multi test taker, etc).
