I ordered a key case and a fob on the 6th September 2025 and on the 15th September the fob arrived but not the Case.I hve written 16 e mails and use the online chat system i got replies they would deal with me then absolutley nothing whatsoever Im now £14:95 out of pocket and they wont reply to any chat or e mail after 3 days.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY exclusivekeys.netThey take your money promise if anything goes wrong they will deal with it.THEY DO NOT Good job i used Pay Pal to pay as i am protected with the payment guarantee, but the fact is pay pal will refund me if theres no luck from the company exclusivekeys.netBUT Why should pay pal be out of pocket when a company rips its customers off.I posted on face book there site and now they seem to have blocked me to avoid people reading what has happened to me.Is that the actions of an honest company NO.Amn honest company would reply to e mails and sort the issue out.If its lost in the post Replace it simples or simply refund me.Shame on them
