They’ve refused to issue a full refund, even though this clearly qualifies as DOA (Dead on Arrival) under standard consumer protection rules.I gave them multiple chances to resolve the issue professionally — they chose not to. I’ve now initiated a dispute with my credit card provider and will never buy from them again.Avoid this seller. Poor product quality, even worse customer service.
