Received Damaged, Incorrect Product – No Real Refund OfferedI ordered a custom-fit product for my Volkswagen Beetle 1999 and received something entirely incorrect and completely damaged — all rolls were smashed and unusable.Despite providing clear evidence, the company repeatedly offered only token compensation ($10, then $13) for a product I paid $54.87 for and cannot use at all. They’ve refused to issue a full refund, even though this clearly qualifies as DOA (Dead on Arrival) under standard consumer protection rules.I gave them multiple chances to resolve the issue professionally — they chose not to. I’ve now initiated a dispute with my credit card provider and will never buy from them again.Avoid this seller. Poor product quality, even worse customer service.
