My initial thoughts were somewhat negative as the system gave me some real headaches when loading my original shots. Customer service really came through though and completely delivered when I thought I might have been one of the unfortunate few with a bad experience.The photos themselves are wonderful, although some of them have altered my "look" a little too much. There are however some real gems that I've already started using.
